TDIN App is a joint development between Ministry of Naturual Resources and Environment, Lao PDR and SB Lab 856
Co., Ltd (Hereafter refer as “Us” , “Our”, “We”). TDIN App has been published, commissioned, and directly
endorsed by the official government entities.
The app is made available to all country app stores; nonetheless, the app is designed for use solely within the
Lao PDR serving its citizens accessing TDIN e-Services.
All residents of Lao PDR including Lao nationals, aliens, permanent residents, tourists, and travelers who’s indented to receive e-Services provided TDIN should download TDIN App. The app is made available to all country app stores; nonetheless, the app is designed for use solely within the Lao PDR.

Location to identify your location to use our built-in location based
ISDN, OTP, Device ID, IMEI number to allow you to register phone number per required by Lao regulation.
Files and Photos to allow you to upload photos when reporting cases, update your profile, and other functionality of the app.
Weather forecast: allow citizen to receive weather updates for your location specific and receive urgent notification from TDIN if any Petition: allow citizen to file complaint regarding our services, staffs, practices, and other difficulties that use want TDIN to look into.
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Phone number, Mobile Operator, Photo, Device ID, IMEI, ISDN, Location (Longitude, Latitude).
